Amazing
Something amazing happened to me today and I want to share it with you. I was really feeling out of sorts and was wondering what was going on in the world to bring my energy down. I do feel the collective consciousness quite easily at times and sometimes the energy is so strong as to affect my own energy.

Sayings are more accurate than we admit
Truly we can see from this example that my vibration was slowed, brought down, today. Well, I’ve found a way to bring my energy back up, raising my vibrational frequency.

Two sources of new energy coming to the planet to help humans evolve
My parents introduced me to the teachings of the WingMakers several years ago. An extension of those teachings can be found on the Lyricus website. The teachings, music, paintings and story found on these two sites are meant to elevate human-kind to the next level of evolution. Think monoliths from 2001 – A Space Odyssey and 2010: The Year We Make Contact. Neale Donald Walsch’s books, Conversations with God, even mention that we are being helped. Well, these works are helping us reconnect to the heart and expand its energy, connection and whatever else. I’m still reading the information on the WingMakers’ site so I don’t have the whole picture yet.

My experience
I’ve found that these works can help bring my energy back up, open my heart and put me in a space of compassion, understanding and love, among other things. They’re great for lifting me out of a funk. Here I’m specifically talking about the discourses. After reading all the directions, putting the pieces together and doing it myself I’ll explain what to do.

What to do
The idea is to read the discourses, which are offered in the format of a teacher’s answers to a student’s questions, out loud while listening to the music that corresponds to that discourse. (I did it without the music before I knew the music was a part of it and it didn’t have the same affect.) So basically, when you are reading Discourse 1 out loud you will also be listening to track 1 on the discourses page. Sounds easy enough, right? Because of the way the site’s programmed it’s a little tricky. It is recommended to read each one out loud to the music once a month. I do it as often as I can since it makes the rest of my life much nicer, and me much nicer, too.

Walking you through it step by step
Unfortunately all the pages have the same URL as the main page so I’ll have to walk you through from the home page.
When you get to the home page there is a lot of flash affects going on. Ignore them. Just click on the "Discourses" button in the top navigation. Once you’re on the discourses page the music will start playing. The tracks loop when they come to the end so just let them continue to play. Even if you think they aren’t going to start again, be patient. Track 5 has a longer length of silence before it loops back to the beginning. You can also get the CD (info below) instead of listening on the website.

I printed out the introduction and all the discourses and I read them from those pages because I don’t like to have the light from the computer monitor shining in my face for a long time. You can print them out or read them right from the monitor. I recommend copying the text into Word then changing the font to "automatic" so it’s black instead of grainy when you print it out. There is an option to download a printable version from the Wingmakers website but it comes out on a lot more pages.

PC Firefox Users who might have problems (this problem doesn’t exist with the latest upgrade of Firefox)
Track tricks As of this writing, while using Firefox as my web browser, (Internet Explorer works just fine) I can’t navigate through the tracks just by clicking on them in sequence so I’ll share my tricks with you.

Track 1 Listening to track 01 is no big deal, it starts playing when you get to the page.
Track 2 Track 02 is easy as well; just click on the arrow to the right of the box containing the words "TRACK / 01".
Track 3 From track 02 you have to click on any one of the buttons on the side navigation before you can click on the arrow to the right of the box containing the words "TRACK / 02" to get to track 03.
Track 4 From track 03 you have to click on any one of the buttons on the side navigation before you can click on the arrow to the right of the box containing the words "TRACK / 03" to get to track 04.
Track 5 From track 04 you have to click on any one of the buttons on the side navigation before you can click on the arrow to the right of the box containing the words "TRACK / 04" to get to track 05.
Track 6 To get to track 06 just click on the arrow to the left of the box containing the words "TRACK / 01".

Lyricus: The Grand Portal Music on CD
The music on the website is actually excerpts from Lyricus: The Grand Portal CD available from the Wingmakers website. The cuts on the website are watered down versions of what’s on the CD. There is even greater benefit to listening to the CD while reading the discourses. That’s what I do.

Conclusions
Doing these readings out loud, to the music once a month, can help speed our evolution and raise our vibration as well as the earth’s vibration. My mother did these for a year and I really noticed a difference in her. Each one takes about 15 minutes to do but is so worth it! (And you know how infrequently I use exclamation points!) The lessons also contain exercises and visualizations you can also do. I’ve just started doing them.

Future

The exercises, meditations, visualizations, etc. that are embedded within the WingMakers and Lyricus websites are being compiled into one comprehensive file which will be available on the WingMakers’ site. A long time student of esoteric teachings and author of Hidden Foundations of the Great Invocation, Sacred Vessel of the Mysteries and the Seven Ray Energy Cards John Berges, has made a study of all that WingMakers and Lyricus have to offer. This compilation is just one of the many contributions John has made to further the understanding and implementation of this evolutionary material.

The Journey to Wild Divine: The Passage

The Journey To Wild Divine: The PassageStart something new
Today is the first full day of Spring. Now is the time for making New Year resolutions. The energy of Spring is the time for new beginnings. Now is the time when nature and earth energies support us in starting new things. Think about it. Plants are starting to blossom, birds are starting to sing and build their nests; the whole world (or at least the northern hemisphere) is starting anew. Doesn’t it make sense that humans would be supported by nature in starting new things now too?

Make your New Year’s Resolutions work
If you tried a New Year’s Resolution in January only to fail, challenge yourself to try it again in the Spring. I bet it will be easier for you to stick to that resolution. I’ve always had more luck starting something new in the Spring. I feel an invisible force propelling me forward in whatever I start something at this time. I also feel a renewed inspiration for things I’ve been working on through the winter.

Summary of The Journey to Wild Divine
Based on meditation and relaxation techniques this computer program uses biofeedback (the blue thing with three rings attached), beautiful music,  high-definition 3-D graphics and video, and HeartMath methods to guide you on a journey through Wild Divine. Wild Divine is a mythological place outside the view of our world. Here you will find mentors and guides to help you on your path toward enlightenment. Breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques are taught along the way enabling you to accomplish over 40 challenges presented during your stay. Some challenges require calming your energy, others need your raised energy and some interesting experiences appear through your mastery of "Heart Breathing". All-in-all this program is created to calm the mind, sooth the soul and thereby create health among all the systems. The body becomes relaxed, the mind quiet and all the systems balanced. The Passage is the first in a series of three; Wisdom Quest is the second featuring Deepak Chopra.

My experience
Interesting and fun, at first I found it challenging to get myself into a calm space when I needed to. One particular door, leading to a real experience, required me to be calm for a period of time before it would open. It was a picture of a person with their arms over their head and a ball of light between the hands. As I kept myself calm the arms would open and the ball of light would move down through the head and into the heart. Once the ball of light was in the heart the door would open. Sounds easy, right? Well, watching the light progress toward the heart made it that much more challenging. Every time the light got close to the heart I would get excited and my energy would shoot right up into the "high energy" zone. I wound up having to start all over. I finally got the door open by using a mantra I learned from my studies of the Self Realization Fellowship teachings and keeping my eyes closed. That way I didn’t get excited when the ball got close to the heart!

I found it a nice change from conventional computer games, which I haven’t played in years because they have gotten violent. At the end of my time playing computer games I was playing children’s computer games (LOL). I like non-violent computer games but haven’t made time for them because I have so many other things I want to do, such as playing with Missy and achieving enlightenment (oh, yes, creating this website for you, too). When this computer program came along it combined teaching (relaxation and heart breathing), with adventure and relaxation time for me. I made it a habit to play for a while right before I sat for my nightly meditation and it helped me calm down faster than meditation alone. I guess it was because the game engaged my mind by giving it the job of focusing on my breathing instead of allowing its usual habit of wandering the landscape of my mind. I found the game very interesting, relaxing and engaging. The accompanying book was helpful when I needed some direction or explanation on the journey but otherwise I found my way easily enough.

The ABC Herbal

The ABC Herbal: A Simplified Guide to Natural Health Care for ChildrenMy father sent me this book when my first daughter was about 3. I’m so pleased to see it’s still in print. Over the years it’s eliminated a lot of worry for me and discomfort for my children. It has stood the test of time.

Summary
The ABC Herbal: A Simplified Guide to Natural Health Care for Children contains herbal remedies and common sense advise to help children, and adults, overcome illnesses faster by giving the body what it needs to heal. Generally, symptoms of illness are really signs that the body is healing itself.

How I use it
When my children are sick I look for natural ways of helping them heal. I use the following elements: energy healing (Reiki), herbs, homeopathy, positive affirmations, preventive measures, food (either giving helpful ones or cutting out conflicting ones), rest and lots of love.

Caution
As always use your own judgment and intuition. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," someone once said.
