My Results

When I took the test in February I had a minor stress problem and medium problems with both thyroid and mitochondria (metabolic engine). Exercising fixed the mitochondria issue and my hair started growing again after taking a hiatus several years ago. I’m not kidding, it hadn’t grown for three years or more.

The thyroid issue has been harder to fix. I’ve taken the suggested supplements but haven’t done a detox (another recommendation for the thyroid) that did the job. My next step is the detox diet in Mark Hyman’s follow-up book, The Ultrasimple Diet. That sounds like a powerhouse detox. It’s a one-week diet and he states people lose 10 pounds of toxic water weight during that week.

If Oprah only knew!

Quick, someone tell her. I saw the cover of her magazine years ago and she was quoted as saying something like, “How did I let this happen to me again?” Who knows, but if she took the seven tests in this book, she would know and could make sure it really DOESN’T happen again.
