What this event is
One of the largest healthy living expos in the area, the Mind Body Spirit Expo is in its 10th year and it’s going to be an amazing event with Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Brian Weiss, Mary Occhino and other renown names in the holistic and healthy living field. There will be healthy living exhibits and vendors, speakers, classes, lectures, products, workshops, holistic health services, personal growth, psychic readings, spirituality, massage, yoga, pilates and bodywork. This event also acts like a social event for those of us in the healthy mind, body, spirit arena to come together. I love seeing old friends and making new ones. Are you one of my old friends or my new friends? I believe this will be one of the best years yet for this expo.

Newsletter and prize drawing

Guest Speakers
Deepak Chopra
If you really love Deepak Chopra you’re going to want to be at the special reception, and book signing in addition to being in the first four rows of his lecture. Price includes a full Day General Admission ticket, 1 hour Reception, Hors d ‘ Oeuvres, non-alcholic beverages, ‘Seven Spiritual Laws’ DVD, and book signing. Sounds like a bargain for this highly sought after, best selling author and speaker. You’re going to get your money’s worth. Deepak has written over 40 books, founded and runs the Chopra Center and has his own show on Sirius Satellite Radio. He has married "new age" with science much to the delight and benefit of many a skeptic. His lecture will "address the deeper meaning of our existence".  I interviewed Deepak in the September/October 2007 issue of New Visions Magazine.

Mary Occhino
Mary Occhino will be speaking on "Mastering the 5 Steps of Surrender". She’s a psychic medium, is on Sirius Satellite Radio as a regular on Deepak’s Saturday morning wellness show and with her own show. She’s accurate and entertaining. She’s written two books: Beyond These Four Walls: Diary of a Psychic Medium and The Sign of the Dove. Her stories are very interesting and engaging. She told me that she’s currently writing a new book and I think this lecture is based on that book. Brian Weiss
Brian Weiss will be presenting a 3 hour workshop. During part of the workshop he will regress everyone in the audience to previous lifetimes. He assures me that it’s perfectly safe and not the least bit like hypnotists who put on shows for the entertainment of the audience. Brian is one of the recognized authorities on past life regression and future life progression therapies. His groundbreaking book into this subject was Many Lives, Many Masters. I reviewed his first book on progression therapy, Same Soul, Many Bodies of which the title is a triple entendre.  I interviewed Brian in the September/October 2007 issue of New Visions Magazine.

Marianne Williamson
Marianne Williamson will be giving a workshop at the expo. She has written many books and helped many understand the Course in Miracles. She founded The Peace Alliance and works on many worthwhile projects making a difference in the world. I interviewed Marianne in the September/October 2007 issue of New Visions Magazine..

Tickets
Purchase your tickets for general admission and guest speakers ahead of time through the expo website before October 24th or plan on buying them at the door. I suggest buying the tickets ahead of time if you plan on seeing any of the guest speakers. You do need a general admission ticket even if you are purchasing tickets for the guest speakers.

Business cards
Remember to bring your business cards and put a label on the back so people remember where they met you and what you talked about. I printed some for you so come by my booth and pick them up. They say, "We met at the Mind Body Spirit Expo in King of Prussia, PA. We talked about". They’re free so stop by and pick them up.

Expo Volunteer
If you feel the call to volunteer you can choose from any number of five-hour slots on any of the three days. In addition to the joy of volunteering, meeting speakers and participants that share your interests, you will get a one day pass for yourself and a companion. So it does pay to volunteer.

Food at the expo
It looks like Spirit Foods will be serving food at the expo. I’ve had their food and they offer cooked as well as raw options. I’ll also have some water and healthy food for sale at my booth, so you don’t wind up fasting for three days.
